Every order is quoted individually, because the price of custom apparel depends on what you make and how many pieces you order. This page explains what drives the cost, what your quote includes, and how to get one.
What affects the price of your order
These are the eight things that decide what a custom garment costs to make. Tell us about each one and we can quote accurately.
Product type
A basic t-shirt takes less material and labor than a lined jacket or a pair of jeans. The more panels, seams, and construction details a garment has, the more it costs to make.
Fabric and materials
Fabric is usually the largest part of the cost. Fiber, weight, finish, and whether a fabric is stocked or custom-made all change the price, as do trims such as zippers, buttons, and drawcords.
Order quantity
The price per piece falls as the quantity rises, because set-up and fabric costs are spread across more units. Small runs cost more per piece than large ones.
Printing and embroidery
Decoration is priced by method, size, number of colors, and number of placements. One small chest print costs less than all-over printing or dense embroidery.
Sizes and colors
Each extra colorway or an extended size range adds cutting, dyeing, and handling. Fewer variations per style keep the cost of a small order down.
Branding and packaging
Woven labels, hang tags, custom poly bags, and retail packaging are quoted as part of your order, so you can choose how much finishing you need.
Production location
We work with partner factories in several countries. Where your order is made affects labor cost, lead time, and shipping.
Shipping and duties
Freight method, destination, and any import duties and taxes are part of the total landed cost. Your quote states which of these are included.
What your quote includes
- The price per piece at the quantities you ask for.
- The minimum order quantity for your product.
- Sample cost and sample timeline.
- The estimated production timeline.
- Payment terms, including any deposit.
- Shipping options and what is included in the price.

Minimum orders and samples

Samples are typically completed in 2–3 weeks, so you can check quality, sizing, and finishing before bulk production.

Production and delivery
Bulk orders are usually delivered 3–4 weeks from the order date, including shipping, depending on product complexity and order size. We ship worldwide and handle customs clearance.
Pricing questions
Why don’t you publish a price list?
Custom apparel is made to your specifications, so the cost depends on your product, fabric, quantity, and decoration. A fixed price list would be wrong for most orders. A quote based on your details is accurate and free.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Our MOQ starts as low as 50 pieces. The exact minimum depends on the product, fabric, and production process, and is confirmed in your quote.
Is there a charge for samples?
Sample fees depend on the product and are stated in your quote, so you know the cost before you order one.
Do prices include shipping, duties, and taxes?
Your quote states what is included. Unless it says otherwise, prices do not include shipping, import duties, or taxes.
How do I pay?
Payment terms, including any deposit, are stated in your quote or invoice.
How can I lower the cost per piece?
Ordering more pieces per style, limiting the number of colors and sizes, choosing stocked fabrics, and simplifying prints or embroidery all reduce the price per piece.
